Destiny 2 is now live in Fortnite on Xbox and other platforms
Destiny 2 is now live in Fortnite: The long-awaited Destiny 2 collaboration is now live in the Fortnite video game across the Xbox One and Xbox Series X console families, Windows PC, Xbox Cloud Gaming, and all other supported platforms.
Destiny 2 x Fortnite
The collab so far includes three outfits based on Commander Zavala, Ikora Rey, and Exo Stranger characters from the Destiny 2 video game, three unique pickaxes for each character, Sparrow Gliders with three alternate appearances inspired by each character, and three Ghost Backs. Blings.
A Destiny 2 Investigate emote has also been added to Fortnite. This sense, once activated, summons a ghost who zooms around the environment scanning various objects.
Like all Fortnite cosmetics, Destiny 2 items do not offer any competitive advantage, although they still have the potential to be popular with Destiny 2 fans, especially those who want the Destiny 2 experience from a third-person perspective.
The Fortnite Destiny 2 collab is part of a series of announcements related to the main Destiny 2 video game that was made during the first day of Gamescom 2022.
